Doesn't work on Audi A5

Doesn't work on Audi A5, despite saying so on website. Package however says otherwise, and indeed it did not work, as device doesn’t power up and remains undetectable. Despite complaining and to and fro emails, no refund was forthcoming.

Cable doesn't come with any instructions.....struggling to make it work.....watched videos on YouTube but no luck.....seems like the unit is dead.....don't know....
