Section 6 — Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance
The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed on the site when you place your order. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Shipping is included on all orders to South Africa.
VAT and Import Duties: PMC TechLife is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT on sales. For orders under R2,000 fulfilled from overseas warehouses, import duties and taxes are handled on your behalf through our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service — the price at checkout is the final price. For orders over R2,000, or for orders fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse regardless of value, you will be responsible for any applicable import duties and customs clearance fees. Where applicable, we will notify you of estimated duty exposure before dispatch.
We accept payment via the methods listed on our website. Your transaction will be processed through a secure payment gateway.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or fulfilment constraints. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any payment made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases and account registrations. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
